Refund policy
WILDCUBZ BRAND PRODUCTS
For standard Wildcubz-branded products purchased through wildcubz.com, you have 30 days from fulfillment (date shipped) to request a return. If you purchased using Buy with Prime, follow the current amazon.com return and refund policies.
If you qualify, visit our returns page to start your return. Follow the steps to complete the request. We'll provide a return shipping label. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive online and by email. Pack the item in its original packaging, and apply the return label. Remove or cover any existing labels. Send return item back to us via the courier on provided label.
There are no re-stocking fees for Wildcubz items returned to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a prepaid label will be provided when confirming your request online.
PARTNER BRAND PRODUCTS
Products from our partner brands are fulfilled directly by the respective supplier and may have different return policies, timeframes, and procedures. Return eligibility, return windows, shipping label provisions, and refund processing times vary by supplier. When you initiate a return for a partner brand product, we will coordinate with the supplier on your behalf and provide specific return instructions based on that supplier's policy. Please contact us to initiate a return for partner brand items.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
Returned items must include original tags, original product packaging, any included accessories, and must have no visible signs of wear or use. We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements, and we are not responsible for any lost returns. Partner brand products must meet both our requirements and the supplier's specific return conditions.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE OPTIONS
Final sale or Clearance marked items and Gift Cards (including eGift Cards) cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns purchased with a Gift Card (including eGift Cards) will be refunded as Store Credit.
Orders placed on Amazon.com must be returned to Amazon directly using their return policies.
We do not accept returns from any unauthorized retailer or marketplace.
Some partner brand products may have additional return restrictions or exclusions as determined by the supplier.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and either place a separate order for the new item immediately or wait until the return is accepted. We do not offer exchanges within the return process.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES ON DELIVERY
In the event that your order arrives damaged, appears to be defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after delivery with your name, order number, description of the issue, and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For partner brand items, we will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES ON RETURN
We will inspect items once received and processed. If a return appears to be damaged during return transit, we will find a satisfactory solution. We are not responsible for any lost returns. In the case of a lost return, please open a case with the courier responsible for shipping. For partner brand returns, the supplier will inspect returned items and determine acceptance based on their policies.
REFUNDS
All issued store credit or refunds will be for the items purchase price + any applicable tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically issued store credit or refunded on your original payment method (depending on the option you selected) when we receive and process the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For partner brand products, refunds will be processed once the supplier confirms receipt and acceptance of the returned item. Refund processing times may vary by supplier but typically range from 5-14 business days after the supplier receives the return.
