Shipping policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through wildcubz.com, including Shop App, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok purchasing channels.
SHIPPING RATES
Wildcubz Brand Products: All Wildcubz-branded products currently ship free via standard shipping with no minimum order value. Shipping rates are subject to change and will be reflected at checkout.
Partner Brand Products: Shipping costs for products from our partner brands vary by supplier and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some partners offer free shipping, while others charge based on order value, weight, or destination. Partner brands may offer multiple shipping options including standard and expedited methods depending on the supplier.
Mixed Orders: If your order contains both Wildcubz and partner brand products, you may incur separate shipping charges for items fulfilled by different suppliers. Items may ship from multiple locations and arrive at different times. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
All shipping rates are subject to change. Current shipping rates are listed on the orders & shipping page. We may offer special shipping rates for promotional periods, in which case the offer will outline the shipping method and any threshold for qualifying. Shipping rates are valid for United States destinations only, including the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Alaska & Hawaii may be subject to a special handling surcharge. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
ORDER PROCESSING
Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Wildcubz brand orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 11AM PST / 2PM EST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 11AM PST / 2PM EST will typically ship the next business day.
Partner brand products have varying processing times depending on the supplier. Processing times for partner brands typically range from 1-5 business days and will be displayed at checkout.
Holidays may impact processing times, as will weather, carrier delays, unforeseen technical errors, 'Bad Address' alerts, or other unforeseen circumstances.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery time will depend on which supplier is fulfilling your order.
Most Wildcubz brand standard shipping orders arrive within 7 business days.
Partner brand delivery times vary by supplier and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout and in email order updates.
Holidays may impact delivery times, as will weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Track your order online or check order status emails to see the latest estimates for your order delivery.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use a variety of carriers at our discretion including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier will be automatically chosen based on your destination distance from warehouse and other shipping logistics. Partner brand suppliers select their own carriers for items they fulfill. All tracking is available online through our track your order page.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Geographic: We do not offer international shipping outside of the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Some partner brand products may have additional geographic restrictions as determined by the supplier.
PO Boxes: Wildcubz brand products can be shipped to PO Boxes via USPS. Some partner brand suppliers may not ship to PO Boxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer returns within 30 days of fulfillment (date shipped) for Wildcubz brand products. Partner brand products may have different return policies and timeframes as determined by each supplier. We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your order arrives damaged, appears to be defective, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please email hello@wildcubz.com as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after delivery with your name, order number, description of the issue, and a photo of the items condition (if applicable). We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution at our discretion. For partner brand items, we will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any lost orders. CHANGES TO THE SHIPPING POLICY
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this shipping policy by posting updates and changes to this policy. It is your responsibility to check the shipping policy periodically for changes.
